Which plan includes unlimited remote support?
Only TechProtect Security Plus, at $180 per year, includes unlimited remote support. Standard TechProtect Security is $96 per year and does not include unlimited remote support.
Does TechProtect Security include onsite or in-store repairs?
No. In-store and onsite services are separate. Ask about charges and service terms for any work outside your plan.
Can technicians see my screen without permission?
The current service description says you must accept a remote connection. Ask RWC to explain the tools and service privacy details.
Is any security service completely effective?
No. No product or service provides 100% protection. Monitoring and protection tools help identify and address risks.
