These terms describe customer communications provided by CH Corp, doing business as RWC Tech Solutions (“RWC Tech Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Website requests and message types

When you submit a website contact form, request a quote, ask for technical support, or contact us about a service, we use the information you provide to respond to your request. You may separately choose to receive related communications by text message.

Customers who opt in may receive messages concerning:

• Website inquiries and requests for information.

• Requested quotes and related follow-up questions.

• Technical support requests and support ticket updates.

• Repair status, repair approvals, completion, and pickup.

• Appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and changes.

• Requested or existing services and related account communications.

• Critical service and security alerts associated with services you request or subscribe to.

Messages may include staff replies and service notifications. This customer service SMS program does not enroll you in promotional advertising.

How you opt in

You may consent to receive texts from RWC Tech Solutions through:

• Website consent: Providing your mobile telephone number and selecting the separate SMS consent option on our contact or service request form.

• Written consent: Expressly agreeing to SMS communications in an SMS consent section of an in-store service form or other written form.

• Verbal consent: Expressly agreeing during a telephone or in-person conversation after our staff explains the program and provides its disclosures.

Your consent applies to the sender and message purposes described when you enroll. Providing a number, visiting our website, or submitting an inquiry without affirmatively agreeing to SMS does not enroll you.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing products or services. You may submit an inquiry or request assistance without agreeing to texts. You may communicate with us by telephone or email.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiries, support requests, appointments, repairs, and service activity. An active issue or conversation may involve multiple messages.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless provider’s charges depend on your mobile plan.

STOP and START

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from this SMS program. We will send one final message confirming your request.

After that confirmation, no further texts from this program will be sent, including critical service and security alerts, unless you opt in again.

Reply START to the same messaging number to resume texts. You may also call 888-388-1480 to request that we stop texting you.

Opting out of SMS does not, by itself, cancel your underlying services. Other communication methods depend on your service arrangements; opting out does not guarantee that an alert will be delivered through another channel.

Delivery and telephone numbers

Message delivery and timing depend on your wireless provider, network availability, and your device. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Provide a telephone number you are authorized to use and notify us if it changes or is no longer under your control.
